Oldies but Goodies - Girly
What comes to mind when you hear girly? Spontaneously I thought pink, flowers, bows, sparkle, sweet, dresses, makeup, pretty much everything I really wasn't. Then I started wondering what makes one girl girly and another girl not girly. It is kind of a strange word, isn't it? I decided, however, that I didn't want to start a big discussion about it here.
Let me just say that there are different definitions out there of what is considered girly, some of them derogatory which is of course not the intention of this week's Jewelry Artisans Community Oldies but Goodies Challenge.
