... and have been informed once again that I have nothing to say and nothing belongs to me (although I'm the one with the opposable thumbs). Duly noted, mylady 😑
The patience of cats, having to inform those beings with opposable thumbs again and again of their mission in life—who the houses and everything inside them belong to and who makes the rules. And on top of that, they have to do the work their humans won’t do. Just look at this poor cat, trying so hard to iron a jacket!
You are actually right, I don't iron. I never said she had to, though, I swear! Maybe I should call a certain little black cat in Spain to ask her how things are going for her 😁
She's been busy too. This evening she threw up on my mum's bedspread, and her human heard her and cleaned everything while she watched, without my mum waking up. You know that Mixeta can say everything she needs to say just with her eyes.
As I type this, I'm looking across the room at my dog, lying on his back, on the couch in a nest of pillows he made. Doesn't have a care in the world. I think she's beautiful and chose the blue as a backdrop for her silky black fur!

LOL. That picture really tells a story : )) I don't think you'll be getting your jacket back any time soon.
ReplyDeleteWho needs a jacket? I'm glad she lets me live here. You should hear her scolding me, though.

DeleteOh my. I'm glad mum didn't wake up.
DeleteOf course she can. Give her a smooch for me if she's in the mood to let you.
Beautiful, I love ❤️ this.
ReplyDeleteThank you! She's my sweet girl, but my, can she scold me if she wants to! 😹
DeleteWell duh! It's obvious, isn't it?!! What a sweet girl.

I have this vague feeling that everyone's on her side ... including me. I never stood a chance, did I?

Aww, that sounds so comfy!
DeleteTo be honest, that's the first time in weeks I got a good picture of the lady because the background works so well.
Willa heartily agrees regarding this household, and asked me to say so because she can't (yet) type ...
ReplyDeleteWell, it's your job to write for her of course. Gundel is sending Willa sisterly greetings!
DeleteThis is definitely a familiar scene to me. Ha! My cat Pixel looks like Gundel even.
ReplyDeleteThe black cats are the worst (obviously not, I mean, look at the baby!)! 😉
